At Codan Tech Qingdao, we strive constantly to reduce lead times, not only by optimizing our production and distribution systems, but – equally importantly – by ensuring reliable and timely supplies.

Delivery performance is a question of our ability to deliver at the agreed time – and thus to prevent unexpected delays and disruptions in our customers' production lines.

Over a rolling 12-month period, Codan Tech Qingdao achieves a high and constant on-time delivery performance rate considerably above our target of 97 percent.
