ABOUT CODAN TECH QINGDAO

The history of Codan Tech Qingdao goes all the way back to 1908, when Codan Gummi was founded in Denmark based on recycled vulcanized rubber.

It was a time in which rubber – a material whose industrial uses were relatively new – was in short supply. It was also a time in which industrial production was predominantly local. Denmark and neighboring Scandinavian countries were therefore the natural market for the young company.

Over the years, activities in Europe and the Far East have flourished and the company is now acknowledged as an international manufacturer of rubber products. We always aim to deliver a robust solution for demanding applications across industries, meeting relevant standards and individual customer requirements.

Today we are specialized in rubber and silicone parts for technical applications and contribute to the development of leading OEM customers in Europe and Asia.

As a specialty Codan Tech Qingdao has supported several European OEM manufacturers in their establishment and local sourcing in China.
