Our engineers are deeply involved in the production of customized items. Maximum bonding is assured using correct adhesive and strict process control, ensuring that performance requirements are met by the product.

The process is particularly employed for bonding rubber to fittings, including:

· Shafts/spindles

· Gearboxes/cogwheels

· Flap valves

· Vibration dampers

· High-friction coatings on feed wheels and rollers

· Embedded rubber linings in mechanical/conical pipe constructions

The fittings and inserts can be supplied either by the customer or by Codan Tech Qingdao. At our factories in Denmark and China, we cooperate with experienced suppliers of a wide variety of fittings.
